A job share is another version of a FWA (Flexible Work Arrangement) and an important enabler in growing a diverse and inclusive workforce of the future. We are currently collecting expressions of interest from Job Sharers looking to work around 19 hours each . Part time / Part-time / hybrid / Jobshare / Jobshare working patterns of talent with the following skills and experience:

The Cash Account Platform (CAP) is a firm-wide, strategic initiative to enhance the risk management, oversight, control and reporting related to JP Morgan's intraday liquidity. In support of this the platform provides real-time dashboards for senior executives which visualize Cash, Credit, and Collateral balances & activity at the Firmwide, Line of Business and Institutional Client level. It is also responsible for the firm's cash forecast and funding functions, in conjunction with the nostro account reference data system. The Bournemouth development team is one of several global Agile teams contributing to the active development of the suite of applications - with emphasis in the business areas pertaining to Cash Management. From a technical perspective there is a strong push to progress our architecture further into the Cloud.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Essential
  • Experience leading an Agile software development team
  • Passionate about people - their well-being and career development
  • Advanced understanding of application, data and infrastructure architecture - with emphasis on Cloud based solutions
  • Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and trends
  • Ability to work in a large, collaborative group to achieve organisational goals
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating the ability to present ideas and concepts
  • Willingness to participate in a rota to provide 24/7 third line application support, and to perform occasional weekend releases

Desirable
  • Experience with Java (8 and above)
  • Experience with Front End technologies e.g. JavaScript, React, AngularJS)
  • Experience with Git source control system
  • Experience with caching solutions e.g. Gemfire
  • Experience with DevOps including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools e.g. Jenkins, Sonar
